My work sits at the intersection of pastry, strategy, and storytelling. By day, I work in confections at Ferrara Candy Company, shaping products through consumer insight and innovation. I also support pastry concept development and brand partnerships for digital creator @EmiliaMarieHome, aligning culinary and brand content.
Baking has always been a creative and competitive outlet for me, from winning local baking competitions to final round auditions for The Great American Baking Show (2026 season).
